About Tribal Prosecution

Adult prosecution files criminal and civil charges on tribal and non-tribal members and non-Indians within the exterior boundaries of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs (CTWS); and attends bail bond hearings, arraignments, status hearings and trials.

Juvenile prosecution files petitions for court supervision for all juveniles within the exterior boundaries of CTWS; prosecutes juvenile delinquencies and truancies and will refer families to appropriate services.  Juvenile prosecution attends hearings pertaining to juveniles and their families such as Assisted Guardianship, custody and bench reviews and other related juvenile matters.

Who is Eligible?

Eligible for prosecutorial matters and or services: tribal and non-tribal members, non-Indians, 0-17 years of age and tribal members seeking assistance in completing paperwork and seeking legal advice.
