Note – we have a presumptive positive case (individual not tested, but a contact of a positive case).” Hyllis Dauphinais, Sr., CEO Warm Springs Health and Wellness Center

The Warm Springs Tribal Council decide early this week to re-open June 8, 2020, following the Warm Springs CoVID-19 Response team’s recommendation, when the opening occurs that it should be a gradual, phased in effort-so 25 percent of staff will be return to work. The higher risk employees, elderly and other health issues will be in the last phase. The approach is “….contingent upon increase of Corona-Virus-19 and on community safety.”

The Warm Springs Tribal Council will meet with the CoVID-19 Response team Monday to discuss the increase of positive cases occurring this week.

Beware of the continued danger of the Corona Virus-19 wherever you travel. Measure the risk of venturing anywhere and especially avoid “Hot Spots” of the disease in Yakama (Wa.) and Deschutes counties.
