Mother’s day weekend is here, we know you love your moms and grandmoms so show it be keeping her safe by calling by phone or get fancy with video chatting but remind her that the need for social distancing means we can’t visit and have meals like in the past. CoVID-19 is especially dangerous for our elders.

“Today I would like to remind everyone to continue to work on social distancing and wearing your mask while in public where social distancing of fix (6) feet is difficult. Remember, when we wear a cloth mask in the community, it is not to protect us, but to protect other community members. We are a people who respect our elders, and wearing your face covering when moving about the community is a sign/signal that you care for our elders and your fellow community members. Please wear your face covering and continue to use good hand hygiene practices. Keep some hand sanitizer or wipes in your vehicle to keep you hands clean after being out in the community.” Hyllis Dauphinais, CEO, Warm Springs Health and Wellness Center
