CREDIT CODE

Until 1996, the credit program of the Tribe was operated as an office within the tribal government overseen by a Credit Committee appointed by the Tribal Council. As such, it was governed by WSTC Chapter 710 “Credit Code.” On April 25, 1996 the Tribal Council passed Resolution No. 9223 which established the credit program as a chartered enterprise of the Tribe formed pursuant to Article V, Section 1(o) of the tribal Constitution. WSTC Chapter 710 is no longer in effect. The Charter of the Credit Enterprise follows this chapter.
